As of 01.10.2010 we are looking for Java Software Engineer - Support.

Your responsibilities will be:
? Manage communication and resolution process with implementation partners, system integrators and customers when these report issues or require help.
? Understand, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve partner and customer issues.
? Communication and escalation with our software development team for deep technical issues as needed.
? Analysis of source code, stack traces, database log files etc. to investigate issues.
? Maintenance of our knowledge base for hybris support related topics.
? Continuing study about new functionality, concepts and applications we develop, to be able to support these.
? Project/product development


What do we expect:
? Computer Science or Engineering degree or similar applicable experience
? Good Experience in Java JEE, Spring and Web Technologies (3 years +)
? Experience of working in international software development teams
? Excellent English
? Good communicative and coordinative skills
