As an office assistant, you work closely with company staff dealing with office administration, accounting and human resource tasks.
General responsibilities include:
- Preparation of business travel reports and control payment of
advances
- Cooperation with external accounting service
- Ongoing communication with Finance and Administration, Travel Departments in Munich
- Coordination of recruitment meetings
- Management of list of presence and a report of leaves
- Handling company correspondences
- Arranging travels/taxi/hotels reservations
- Cooperation with external services
- Handling company guests and central phone
What do we expect:

- Good English language skills (oral and written)
