Target Capabilities and Skills:
The successful candidate will have most of the following skills:
- Advanced coding skills in C/C++/.NET and Java/Eclipse
- Object Oriented Design methodologies and S/W Design Principles.
- Web and Graphical User Interface development knowledge.
- Database integration technologies and skills.
- Real-time programming knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems.
- Development Experience with Microsoft Office Suite / OCS / SharePoint.
- Development Experience with IBM Lotus Domino / Sametime.
- Knowledge of Networking and VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323) a distinct advantage.
- Cisco Certification and product knowledge an advantage.
- PBX product knowledge an advantage.
Core Competencies:
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and be flexible.
- Proven history of delivery in a Software Development environment.
- Capable of leading a small team.
- Technical Leadership.
