Do you possess?
* Great Communication Skills
* Good knowledge of the English language (speaking/writing)

* The Ability to Motivate
You have extensive knowledge of the following Techniques and Tools:
* Java, J2EE
* Swing
* Development Environments like Eclipse, JBuilder or WebSphere
* SQL scripting
* Database environments like Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer, PostGres or Interbase
Knowledge of the following would be nice!
* XML, JSP and Servlets
* Applications servers like TomCat, JBoss or WebLogic
* UML modeling
* The Struts and/or Spring Frameworks
* Hibernate
