Job description:
The purpose of this
role is to provide Management Information on the performance of
Service Management services; such that GO are clearly informed
on the volume, quality and cost of these services. The role will
need to interface with the Tools Configuration and Support team
as necessary to develop changes as required to Remedy Reports.
The role will also need to interface closely with Service Level
Management - to provide the necessary information to assess
compliance to Service Level Agreements where these exist. The
person will be responsible for:
• Providing the agreed set of regular reports by the agreed
dates (weekly and monthly )
• Supporting the Incident and Problem management team in the
presentation of trend information
• Taking an active interest in the reports generated, seeking to
identify trends or inconsistencies between data

Capabilities:
• Minimum 2 years experience in the analysis and presentation of
IT performance related Management Information
• Good English language skills
• ITIL certification desirable (Green Badge Level)
Language Requirements:
• Good English written and oral skills.
