Job description:
• Accountable &
responsible for the Incident & Problem Management process
• Responsible for building effective networks with suppliers,
resolve groups, service domains, Change
Management and other key stakeholders who impact or are impacted by the
Incident management process
• Work closely with Service Domain, Incident and Problem
Management functions, to raise Problem Records as
required and encourage the creation of an ongoing communication of Known
Errors
• Ownership of global Incident and Problem Management data
• Manage and monitor open incidents through to resolution and
closure, recognize and take control of unallocated
incidents, checks incidents for correct prioritization, quality check
• Produce post incident reports and identify trends
• Provide guidance and assistance to Service Desk
• Set up and chair lessons learnt sessions following major
incidents

Capabilities:
• Minimum 3 years’ business experience in IT, with emphasis on
operational management
• ITIL certification (Red Badge level)
• Managerial experience
• Good team and people orientation
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to work shifts (24*365)
Language Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written English language skills Application
